1. Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to or using FreeGo TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service description
FreeGo TV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service. We deliver access to live channels and on-demand content through M3U playlists or Xtream Codes credentials, viewable on supported devices and apps.
3. Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are paid in advance for the selected duration
- Prices are listed in US Dollars and exclude any local taxes
- Payment confirms instant subscription activation
- Subscriptions do not automatically renew — you must reorder
4. Use of service
You agree to:
- Use the service only for personal, non-commercial viewing (unless a reseller account is purchased)
- Not exceed the number of simultaneous connections in your plan
- Not share your credentials with anyone outside your household
- Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the service without authorization
- Not use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions on protected content
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Content and availability
Channel lineups and on-demand libraries may change without notice due to licensing, technical, or regulatory reasons. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel or piece of content.
FreeGo TV provides the technical service. We are not responsible for the content of channels delivered through our network. Content is provided by third-party broadcasters and rights holders.
6. Service quality
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Brief interruptions for maintenance, server upgrades, or third-party issues may occur. Significant disruptions are addressed under our refund policy.
Streaming quality depends on your internet connection. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Wi-Fi performance varies — wired Ethernet is recommended for the most stable experience.
7. Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Share credentials with multiple unauthorized users
- Engage in piracy, distribution of protected content, or other illegal activity
- Submit fraudulent payments or chargebacks
- Abuse customer support representatives
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeGo TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the active subscription.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Missoula County, Montana.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page.
