Before you start
You need: a Samsung Smart TV (2015 or later), an active FreeGo TV subscription or free trial, and your Xtream Codes credentials (server URL, username, password — sent by email after sign-up).
Step-by-step Samsung Smart TV setup
Open Smart Hub
Press the Home button on your Samsung remote → navigate to Apps → open the Samsung app store.
Search for Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters
Type "Smart IPTV" in the search bar. Alternatively, search "IPTV Smarters". Availability depends on your region and TV model year.
Install the app
Click Install. The download takes about 30-60 seconds. Once installed, open the app from your apps row.
Choose Xtream Codes login
In the app, select "Add Playlist" or "Xtream Codes API" and choose manual entry.
Enter your FreeGo TV credentials
Paste the Server URL, Username, and Password from your FreeGo TV welcome email. Use the Samsung remote keyboard or a Bluetooth keyboard.

Common Samsung IPTV issues
App not available in my country
Change your Samsung account region to United States in Settings → General → System Manager. Alternatively, connect a Firestick via HDMI — this bypasses all regional restrictions.
Buffering on 4K streams
Connect your Samsung TV via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi. Samsung TVs have a built-in LAN port — a wired connection dramatically improves 4K stability.
Channels not loading after login
Double-check your server URL format — it should start with http:// or https://. Credentials are case-sensitive. If the issue persists, contact our live chat support.
EPG guide not showing correctly
EPG data takes 5-10 minutes to download after first login. Close and reopen the app. In Smart IPTV, go to Settings → EPG and press Force Refresh.
