Most modern Smart TVs (2018 and later) support IPTV through dedicated apps available in their respective app stores. The exact app depends on your TV brand and operating system.
Setup by TV brand
Samsung (Tizen)
Recommended app: Smart IPTV / SS IPTV / OttPlayer
Install from Samsung App Store. Add MAC address to your provider portal.
LG (webOS)
Recommended app: SS IPTV / OttPlayer
Available in LG Content Store. Same MAC-binding process as Samsung.
Sony Bravia (Android TV)
Recommended app: IPTV Smarters Pro / TiviMate
Full Android TV — install any IPTV app from Google Play.
Hisense (Vidaa)
Recommended app: OttPlayer / SS IPTV
Limited app support. We recommend an Android TV box for better experience.
Philips Android TV
Recommended app: IPTV Smarters Pro / TiviMate
Same Android TV setup as Sony — full Play Store access.
Universal Smart TV setup (5 steps)
- 1Open your TV's app store (Samsung Apps, LG Content Store, Google Play).
- 2Search for and install the recommended IPTV app for your brand (see table above).
- 3For Samsung/LG: Find your TV's MAC address (Settings → Network → Status).
- 4Send your MAC address to FreeGo TV via live chat. We add it to your portal.
- 5Open the IPTV app — channels load automatically. Done.
