Our refund commitment
FreeGo TV stands behind the quality of our service. If you experience technical issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
When refunds are issued
We issue full or partial refunds in the following situations:
- Persistent technical issues we cannot fix after 48 hours of troubleshooting
- Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Significant changes to the channel lineup affecting promised content
- Accidental duplicate payments (within 30 days)
- Cancellation of annual plans within the first 7 days (prorated)
When refunds are not issued
Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:
- You failed to test the service during the free trial period
- Streaming issues caused by your internet connection or Wi-Fi
- Compatibility issues with devices not on our supported list
- Channel-specific issues caused by third-party broadcasters
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account sharing or unauthorized credential distribution
- Chargebacks filed without prior contact with our support team
How to request a refund
- Contact our support team via live chat or email before filing any chargebacks
- Describe the issue in detail with screenshots or recordings if possible
- Allow 24-48 hours for our technical team to attempt resolution
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
Trial-first policy
We strongly recommend using our 24-hour free trial before purchasing a subscription. This allows you to verify channel availability, streaming quality, and device compatibility — eliminating most reasons for refund requests.
Reseller refunds
Reseller credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain valid in your reseller panel indefinitely. Exceptions may be granted in cases of platform discontinuation or extended service outages.
