Our position on copyright

FreeGo TV is a technology service provider. We deliver streaming infrastructure that allows users to access content provided by third-party broadcasters and rights holders. FreeGo TV does not host, store, encode, or originate any of the content available through our service.

We respect the rights of copyright owners and respond promptly to legitimate takedown notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

DMCA takedown procedure

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our DMCA agent containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.

Counter-notification

If content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under the DMCA. We will review and, if appropriate, restore the content after the legally required waiting period.

Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, accounts of users who are repeat infringers will be terminated. We maintain a record of takedown notices and act on patterns of repeated infringement.
